Complete Satisfaction is our guarantee! If, for any reason, a selection does not meet your expectations, we will give a full refund or exchange (Shipping and Handling are non-refundable). Items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. Custom or personalized merchandise may not be returned. After 30 days, we reserve the right to replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defect only.

Warranty Information
At Geneva Style we only choose quality products made from the finest quality materials for our customers. Our products are made to last, in the case of a defects, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund for up to one full year on all of our products.

Substitutions
We are continuously searching for better quality and at times may substitute a brand of equal or better value for the specific item pictured. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time, due to the constantly changing market.

Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery - Delivery (in continental USA) of in-stock items normally takes 3-10 business days depending on your location and merchandise availability. Please give us your daytime phone number to facilitate delivery.

Oversized Shipping - A surcharge for delivery of larger, bulkier items is noted in parentheses ($) after the item price. This amount is in addition to standard shipping charges.

Rush Delivery - For an additional $15 per address we offer rush delivery in the contiguous 48 states. Orders received by 1 PM CST (in-stock merchandise) will arrive within 3 business days. Rush delivery is not available for any item with a delivery surcharge. Please call customer service at 877-658-5721 for details.

    Curbside Delivery - This basic service consists of curbside placement of your merchandise. It may be helpful to have assistance available when your merchandise is delivered.

    In-Home Delivery - Items with a house denote products that are delivered via White Glove Service, which means they are brought into your home. This service will arrange a delivery appointment with you approximately 2 weeks after your order has been placed. Available Monday - Saturday 8AM - 9PM in most areas.

Some restrictions may apply with delivery areas and hazardous products.

International Shipping
We are happy to coordinate shipping outside of the continental United States. However, please be aware that free shipping offers do not apply to International Orders. Please make sure to include a valid e-mail address with your order. A Customer Care Representative will contact you within 48 hours with the final shipping total for your order. You must respond to us with an approval for shipping charges before we proceed with the order. We will wait 3 business days for a response before canceling any orders. All additional taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact your local customs office for more information on these charges. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for international shipping. Should you have any other questions, please contact us at GenevaStyle@GenevaStyle.com.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check by mail, and C.O.D. (there is an additional $8.00 for C.O.D.) C.O.D. orders over $250 require payment by certified check or money order.

International Orders
