This handy gadget allows you to gauge heat levels inside any cooking implement – grill, deep fryer, smoker, over – by measuring temperatures ranging from 14ºF (-10Cº) to 392ºF (200ºC). The 3’ wire and probe withstand temperatures of
700º F, handling the hottest grill or fryer. The main unit provides an instant readout of inner food temperature and a display of the set cooking temperature, as well as cooking time remaining. The pager functions up to 100 feet away from the main unit.
Both the main unit and pager are equipped with a separate timer and clock and have a durable, easily cleaned finish. The pager is equipped with a belt clip or hands-free stand, and is small enough to fit comfortably inside a pocket.
