How do our copper fire pits differ from most others you see on the market? Let’s explain. As opposed to most copper fire pits in the market, our copper fire pits are individually handcrafted; being hammered to shape by the coppersmiths themselves. This is a very important distinction because mass-produced fire pits are shaped from top to bottom, making the bottom of the bowl thinner than the rest of the bowl. Our copper fire pits are thick throughout, with a melting point of 1,981 degrees Fahrenheit as compared to 1,100 degrees Fahrenheit for mixed material. Because the fire is at its hottest at the bottom, mass-produced copper fire pits cannot withstand the same heat as our hand-hammered fire pits.
